RFQ # 2280-02 Replacement of Drop In Metal Stair Pans at Mary Ellen McCormack Development

The Boston Housing Authority is seeking the services and bids of qualified contractors for THE REPLACEMENT OF DROP IN METAL STAIR PANS, at the Mary Ellen McCormack Development in South Boston.  The project estimate for the base bid work is $42,000.  The term of the contract is 60 DAYS from Notice to Proceed.  Quotations submitted in response to this RFQ must be received by the BHA on or before 12:00 noon on August 8, 2024.  A Site Visit will be held on August 1, 2024 at 11:00 AM.  All interested parties should meet at 10 Kemp St. Boston, MA 02127.
