The Boston Housing Authority, the Awarding Authority, invites written quotes from Contractors for the
BHA RFQ # 1987-05, DHCD FISH # 035482, Scattered Site 760-#, 8 Carlford Rd, Jamaica Plain, MA
02130 Development for the Boston Housing Authority in Jamaica Plain, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by Architect-Charles Bradley.
 
The Project consists of:  Renovation and Modernization to (2)-Bathrooms and (2)-Kitchens.
 
The work is estimated to cost $ 49,000.00.
 
Quotes are subject to M.G.L. c.149 §44A (2)(B) & to state prevailing wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.l49
§§26 to 27H inclusive.
 
Written Quotes will be received until 12:00 noon, Wednesday, July 3, 2024.
 
Quotations submitted in response to this RFQ must be received by the BHA in accordance with the instructions stated in the bid package on or before 12:00 noon on July 3, 2024. If bidders are to hand- deliver bids, please drop off bids at the Bids/Proposals Drop-Off Box in the lobby of 56 Chauncy Street.
