The Boston Housing Authority (BHA) is seeking proposal to lease office space. The Boston Housing Authority must temporarily relocate the functionality of its Charlestown Housing Development Management Office in anticipation of redevelopment of the current office site and building. The successful proposer shall provide rental of space of approximately 4,000 square feet of rentable space that would be able to accommodate at least 5 private offices with the ability to accommodate more cubicles. The space should have a conference room. The space must be wheelchair accessible and publicly accessible, as residents of the Charlestown Housing Development will frequent it. This will be a ten (10) year lease starting in December 1, 2024. The space should be a minimum of 3000 square feet. Proposers responding to this RFP shall submit six (6) copies of their Proposal to:
BHA Contract Office, Ben Liang, Director of Procurement Department, Boston Housing Authority, 56 Chauncy Street (Housing Service Center), Boston, MA 02111, on or before Friday November 15, 2024, no later than 2:00 p.m., by mail or hand delivery. Requests for clarifications, interpretations, explanations, corrections, modifications, and/or questions, comments, and all other communications regarding this RFP must be submitted in

bids@bostonhousing.org no later than
2:00 PM on 11/04/2024 and will be accepted and processed by BHA solely in accordance with the terms of this provision. Any and all responses to Inquiries received by the BHA by or before the RFP Question Submission Deadline will be issued in the form of an addendum to this RFP to all persons and entities on record as having obtained a copy of this RFP from the
BHA if the BHA, in its sole discretion, determines that the Inquiries require a substantive response. The BHA reserves the right to reject any proposals and waive any informalities if it be in the public interest to do so.
