Request a resident call or text alert (One Call Now)

BHA staff may request call or text alerts via One Call Now to share important updates, reminders, and time-sensitive information with residents.

If you are requesting an operational, or recurring message, such as electricity or hot water outages, LTO meetings, or elevator messages, please contact the ERS team at ERS@bostonhousing.org.

If you are requesting a message related to programs, resources, events, surveys, or other new messages, please contact the Media & IGR team at media@bostonhousing.org. Please submit your request 2 weeks in advance to allow time for translation and include:

  • Who is receiving the alert
    Please identify your target audience. Messages can go to residents in a specific development, building, language, or age group. 

  • A draft message
    Please include a draft of the message you would like to send. The Media & Intergovernmental Relations Department can help edit the message for clarity, length, and format.
