Attorney II/ Litigator

Job Description:

Under the supervision of the General Counsel or their designee, the Attorney II/ Litigator represents the Authority in civil litigation and administrative hearings and provides ongoing legal counsel to Authority staff, primarily on landlord-tenant and housing law and other areas. Responsible for conduct of complex legal matters as directed.

Assistant Director of Cash Management

Job Description:


ABOUT THE JOB:
Under the direction of the Director of Financial Operations, the Assistant Director of Cash Management manages the day to day receivable and payables operations of the Boston Housing Authority. This position is responsible for approving the processing of all landlord and tenant payments as well as FSS escrow payments and the posting of receivables as well as the review and close out of tenant and landlord accounts. This position is responsible for the regular monitoring of BHA’s banking activity and interfaces with the legal department in the pursuit of debts owed to the Authority.

Resident Custodian

Job Description:


ABOUT THE JOB:
In accordance with established rules and regulations, the Resident Custodian reports directly to the Housing Manager and is subject to general and specific assignments of work. The Resident Custodian must reside in the development in a unit as assigned by the Authority and respond to emergency calls at the development at all times.
