  • Capital Construction oversees ongoing capital improvements to BHA’s portfolio of public housing units. Capital Construction gathers information on the capital needs of public housing sites in reports called Capital Needs Assessments (CNA's)or sometimes referred to as Physical Needs Assessment (PNA's).   • Real Estate Development oversees the transformation of Boston’s most severely distressed public housing into thriving new communities. Over 2,500 units of new housing have been created through public-private partnerships two-family – more than three-quarters of a billion dollars in investment.
