Capital Needs Assessments (CNA's)
Capital Needs Assessments (CNA's) also sometimes referred to as Physical Needs Assessments (PNA's):
The Capital Needs Assessments (CNAs) are used to implement Work Activities in the 5-Year Action Plan (5YAP) each year, prioritizing the most critical needs at each site. As has been previously noted, all the Capital Needs (at all the sites) cannot be fully funded with the available CFP Funding received by HUD each year. Best efforts are made to implement work items at each site from the CNAs. The CNA’s are required by HUD to be updated every 5 years. Click on the development below to see the CNA.
