RFP # 2247-11 Various Site Improvements at Martin Luther King Jr., Elderly Developments

The Boston Housing Authority (BHA or Authority) is seeking services of a qualified firm headed by a landscape architect (Designer or Consultant) to provide design and construction administration services for the construction of site improvements at the Martin Luther King, Jr. Elderly Development located in the Roxbury section of Boston, Massachusetts. The Estimated Project Construction Cost (EPCC) is $750,000 which includes a construction contingency. The Boston Housing Authority will fund this work from a Community Preservation Act (CPA) grant.
 
Three (3) copies of the Proposal and one (1) electronic copy of the proposal on a non-returnable
USB flash drive in a single file Adobe Acrobat PDF format must be submitted by April 7, 2025 at 2:00 P.M. at the Boston Housing Authority, Purchasing Department, 56 Chauncy Street (Housing Service Center), Boston, MA 02111. A Pre-proposal meeting and site visit will be conducted on March 19, 2025 at 2:00 P.M. beginning at the MLK Towers, 280 MKL Blvd., in the Roxbury section of Boston, MA. Questions or requests for modifications regarding this RFP will be accepted in writing ONLY and must be submitted via email to bids@bostonhousing.org seven (7) calendar days before the deadline for receipt of proposals. The BHA reserves the right to reject any proposals and waive any informalities if it be in the public interest to do so.
