RFQ # 2460-02 Fencing at West Broadway Community Garden

The Boston Housing Authority is seeking the services and bids of qualified contractors for Fencing at West Broadway Community Garden, at the West Broadway Development in South Boston.  The project estimate for the base bid work is under $38,500.  The term of the contract is 12 DAYS from Notice to Proceed.  Quotations submitted in response to this RFQ must be received by the BHA on or before 12:00 noon on July 24, 2026.  A Site Visit will be held on July 15, 2026 at 1:00 PM.  All interested parties should meet at the site: 81 Orton Marotta Way – Community Garden (corner of Joyce Hayes Way & Flaherty Way), South Boston, MA 02127.
