RFP # 2316-01 Design Services - Feasibility Studies for Veterans’ Housing

The Boston Housing Authority (“BHA”) is seeking a qualified architect, architectural firm, or design consulting team (the “Designer” or “Consultant”) to conduct feasibility studies for the development of veterans’ housing at one or more sites owned by the BHA in Boston. While the studies will be first-and-foremost design exercises, it will be critical that the Consultant bring to bear meaningful and relevant expertise in the specific housing and service needs of veterans.

Proposers responding to this RFP shall submit One (1) original and Three (3) copies of their Proposal no later than 2:00 p.m. on Monday, January 26, 2026 by mail or hand delivery to: BHA Contract Office, Ben Liang, Director of Procurement, Boston Housing Authority, 52 Chauncy Street Boston, MA 02111. This submission should be in a single file in Adobe Acrobat PDF format although Microsoft Office file formats (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.) are also acceptable.
