RFA #2404-01 CITY OF BOSTON PROJECT-BASED VOUCHER PROGRAM
The Boston Housing Authority on behalf of the City of Boston is accepting applications for up to $5 million of City of Boston Vouchers in order to assist in maintaining deeply affordable housing within the City of Boston. Applications will be received at BHA’s Procurement Department, 52 Chauncy Street, 6th Floor, Boston, MA 02111. Developer Applicants are advised this RFA does not entail the disposition of BHA or City-owned real property. Complete details, qualification, and submission requirements can be found in the RFA. Applications will be received on a rolling basis. Questions or requests for modifications regarding this RFA will be accepted in writing only, and must be submitted by mail to the Chief Procurement Officer at the address above, or by email at bids@bostonhousing.org. Award of individual contracts are subject to City of Boston funding and approval.
