IFB # 2241-03 Hazardous Materials Abatement Across Federal Developments - Asbestos and Microbial Remediation
The Boston Housing Authority (BHA) invites sealed bids for Hazardous Materials Abatement Across Federal Developments – Asbestos and Microbial Remediation, BHA Job #2241-03, prepared by TRC Environmental Corporation. The work will be requested by the BHA on an as needed basis. The work is estimated at $445,977.00. Bids will be received and publicly opened at the BHA's Procurement Department, 52 Chauncy Street, 6th floor, Boston, MA, 02111. If bidders are to hand-deliver bids, please drop off bids at the Bids/Proposals Drop-Off Box in the lobby of 56 Chauncy Street or follow signage there due to ongoing construction.
Bids not received by the following times will be rejected:

The general bid must include: a DCAMM Certificate in Asbestos Removal, a DCAMM update statement, and a 5% bid deposit by a bid bond, cash, certified, treasurer's, or cashier's check. The successful bidder must furnish 100% Performance and Payment Bonds. All bids are subject to MGL c. 149, Sections 44A-J. Wages are subject to minimum wage rates set by the US Department of Labor. All general and filed sub-bidders must follow the BHA's Minority and Women Participation Provision and Resident Employment Provision.
