I am honored to assume the role of Administrator of the Boston Housing Authority. As the largest housing provider in the City of Boston, our agency has a tremendous responsibility to serve our residents and the broader community. In my 21 years with the BHA, our resident leaders, staff, city and community partners have worked hand in hand with the BHA to build a strong organization dedicated to Boston’s most vulnerable residents.

We know how committed our residents and voucher holders are to this city, to their families and to their communities. They are a critical part of the fabric of the City of Boston. We look forward to continuing our work together; we will listen to and hear resident concerns; and we will be responsive to resident needs. 

The BHA has a promising future. We’ve accomplished a great deal--but there is more work to be done to preserve and improve affordable housing in this city, to empower residents, and to sustain communities where our residents can live and thrive.
