Due to inclement weather, BHA’s offices will be closed for regular business on Monday, February 23 2026. BHA emergency crews and maintenance staff will be working to clear snow and will respond to any urgent matters. Any resident who does not have working heat, electricity, or water should call the work order center at 617-988-4357.
 
BHA staff will continue to work throughout the day, and will be available to clients and partners by phone or email.
