6 Quint Avenue provides fourteen private rooms with access to shared kitchens and baths and includes access to an on-site residential recovery manager to aid in securing recovery maintenance services for the individuals living at the property.  Three of the private rooms are fully compliant with the American Disability Act (ADA).  The property is located steps away from public transportation.
 
Applicants living at the 6 Quint Ave home will be required to conduct their tenancies in compliance with the recovery house rules incorporated as part of their lease conditions which are designed to foster a supportive environment for individuals seeking long-term housing as part of their ongoing addiction recovery process.
